The exhibition "Fred Sandback . Drawing that is habitable" comprises about 80 prints, a selection from Museum Morsbroich 's extensive stocks. In cooperation with the Estate of Fred Sandback , New York, the presentation is complemented by a string sculpture, one of those drawings in space that made the American famous (Bronxville, New York 1943-2003 New York). Moreover the exhibition provides an opportunity to see a work which Fred Sandback conceived in 1969 specially for the mirror room of Schloss Morsbroich on the occasion of the legendary exhibition "Konzeption - conception".
Curator of the Fred Sandback exhibition is Fritz Emslander, Director of the Prints Collection.
