Cueto Project is an international contemporary art gallery located in the heart of New York's Chelsea art district. The gallery was first founded in September of 2000 by Valérie Cueto and was at that time called the Galerie Valérie Cueto. From 2000 to 2006, the gallery thrived in the center of the French contemporary art scene in le Marais, Paris. For over twenty years, it has been the mission and the passion of gallery owner, art dealer, and art appraiser Valérie Cueto to seek out and support new trend-setting artists. In order to reach a larger international audience and establish new contacts for her artists, Valérie Cueto relocated her gallery to New York City in February of 2007, under the name Cueto Project.
