HOTEL began as an independent exhibition space located within the home of Darren Flook and Christabel Stewart in Bethnal Green, London where exhibiting artists not located in London were invited to stay during the production period of their project. After locating to the ground floor shop space of the same building, HOTEL has recently moved (February 2009) to a new larger space in Whitechapel, East London.
