It opened in 1909. Your address is provided by a Board constituted in 1948. Housed in the former building of the Municipal Library has been reorganized twice, in 1948 and 1979. The museum houses examples of sculpture, drawing and printmaking. However, the highlight of his collection is formed by collection of paintings of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, with paintings of Pradilla, Fortuny, Rosales, María Blanchard , Cecilio Pla, Iturrino, Solana, Cossío ... These funds have been enriched by private donations such as Antonio Plasencia. The museum organizes temporary exhibitions that gives priority to the work of local artists. Other services include library and educational room.
