| Among the artistic work funded by the 1972 born American artist Wade Guyton include flat scanner, computer and inkjet printer. His "printername paintings" in which a minimalist form of vocabulary - consisting of simple geometric shapes - in the printing process on the traditional canvas Malgrund decides to play with the confrontation of resistance incalculable material and machine. This creates images of picturesque quality, not least the question of how artistic authorship can be defined today. In Guyton "printer drawings" in which Ausrisse from old magazines and books as printable material act, writes the artist is using printing coded image formats already in one. Not infrequently, it is from these works in addition to circles and rectangles to merely formal letters become elements of the appropriated imagery superimposed with him in a dialogue and the question of the dialectic of names and positions.
