What is the difference between Free and Quick Report?
In addition to the information in the Free Report the Quick Report provides information about auctions and tradeability of the artist and also the price range of works traded or at auctions.
It includes a data-based assessment of the financial value and the potential value (price / Attention-ratio) of representative works of the artist. Reports are offered primarily of artists who have already developed a certain standing in the international art world.
What is the difference between a Quick Report and Professional Report?
Contains all the information from the "Quick Report " in a very deep form, beyond price indexes, positioning in the art market, recent auction results, a peer group comparison in terms of attention and potential value (price / Attention-ratio) and a risk-reward analysis. Reports are offered by artists who have managed to move up to the World League.
What does the Price Ratio Attention (PAR) mean?
The price attention ratio (PAR) is borrowed from everydays language of stock analysis to comparie different companies with the P / E (price / earnings ratio), or the PER (price / earnings ratio). Art Report puts the so called price factor (price / (height + width + depth in cm) in relationship to the attention, which an artist has attracted in the last three years in the exhibition industry, plus his gallery and collections network.

What has the PAR to do with the true value of art?
Nothing, however it allows an estimation of the price competitiveness of artworks of different artists, if their work is comparable (peer) at all .
What is a Peer Group?
This is a term used in equity analysis and defines a group of companies / artists whose business / work is comparable.
How is the Attention Price Ratio calculated?
Based on a complex formula that takes the time factor of the exhibitions, the importance of exhibitors and the standing of an artist into account. Bur this is only the start.
What are AR Points?

Not primarily, probably indirectly, since the art market also plays a role in the exhibition plans of galleries, as they have to sell art to survive.
How can you measure the value of art?

What is the difference between unique and multiple?
A unique item is an unikum, a multiple exists more often. For photography or sculpture small editions (up to about 6 ) are still called unique. There are graphics and sculptures with "unique" character, sometimes also called monotypes, if they were processed manually or are mechanically different.
Does the number of the edition play a role for the value of graphics and multiples?
Yes, its quite important even for the rarity factor decreases as the price of course, if a graphic or multiple exists more than 100 times or 1000 times.

An extremely important role, because the interest in contemporary art since the 80s widened internationally. Therefore the number of museums, galleries, collections and artists has grown quantitatively very strong, with an disproportionatel increase in in Asia and Latin America.
