Pierre Bonnard (18671947) was a magician of color. His favorite subjects were drawn from his immediate personal surroundings the hustle and bustle of the Paris streets, magnificent garden landscapes, and the inimitable interiors
of his homes in Normandy and on the Côte dAzur with the legendary portraits of his wife, Marthe. The exhibition presents over 60 of the renowned French painters fascinating canvases, on loan from international museums and private collections.
