Since the end of the 1970's, Galerie Ronny Van de Velde has dealt in 19th and 20th century painting and sculpture, drawings and graphic work. By virtue of an always deepening expertise and the trust shown by private and institutional collectors, the gallery has acquired a leading place in the world of art. After more than 25 years of exhibitions, often of museal character and accompanied by important catalogues - treating the work of artists including Marcel Duchamp, Man Ray , Marcel Broodthaers and James Ensor, René Magritte, Francis Picabia, Georges Vantongerloo, Leon Spilliaert and Félicien Rops - the gallery is now based in a stately belle époque townhouse. On appointment, one may visit for the purposes of buying & selling, estimates, expertise and mediation services. Galerie Ronny Van de Velde is present at art fairs such as the BRAFA in Brussels and the Salon du Dessin in Paris. The gallery also now participates in exhibition projects with major museums.
