| The video works by Nathalie Djurberg are produced in a single frame cartoons, in which elaborately crafted in Plastilinfiguren Settings occur. You feel connected to first puppet theater or even to the children's program on television, but I think Djurberg videos to tell stories that are anything but harmless: They revolve around power and powerlessness, domination and subjugation, and love the border crossing into taboo areas of human fantasies.
